  • Reservation Policy
  • Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit equalling one night tariff has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.  
  • July and August weekends require a two night minimum stay.  
  • All long weekends require a three night minimum stay.
  • Longer than three nights and last-minute bookings are negotiable depending on availability.  
  • No compensation will be given for early departures.  
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking and give a refund at any time.
  • Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellations will not be guaranteed until confirmed by email.  
  • 15 days or more you will receive a full refund.
  • Less than 15 to 7 days you will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 7 days a one night tariff deposit will be kept.
  • Tariff
  • The tariff is for the room with a maximum of two guests, one parking space, WI-FI, offered breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks and local shuttle services only and is exclusive of any government taxes and fees applicable.  
  • Other options and services may be available at extra cost.  Security deposit will be refunded upon departure.

  • Settlement of Bills
  • Bills must be settled on presentation at check in.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Bank Debit Cards and Cash.  please note personal cheques are not accepted.
  • Check-in
  • Check-in time is 3pm.  If your plan is to arrive before or after 6pm please notify us so we can plan to greet you accordingly.
  • Guest registration forms must be signed on arrival along with government document identification and security deposit. .
  • Departure
  • Check out time is 11am.  Please inform the management if you wish to leave earlier or retain your room beyond this time as an extension is not guaranteed and can only be given depending on availability.  Extra charges will apply. 
  • Animals
  • We regret we cannot accommodate animals on the property.  Exceptions may apply, please contact us for details.
  • Children
  • We regret we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 on the property.  Exceptions may apply, please contact us for details.

  • This historic home unfortunately has no wheel chair access.
